Ramenka to invest $80 mln in construction of Ramstore shopping and entertainment complex on Prospect Vernadskogo
Turkish company Ramenka, owning Ramstore supermarket chain, is going to invest $80 mln in construction of the new multifactional shopping and entertainment complex with aquapark on Prospect Vernadskogo in Moscow, Ramenka’s Deputy Director General Mete Doguoglu informed. Construction of the complex with the total area of 120,000 sq. meters will begin in the first quarter of 2005. It is scheduled to start its operations by the end of 2006- beginning of 2007.
Another Ramenka shopping and entertainment complex is to be launched in 2005 on Sevastopolsky Prospect. This complex will cover 55,000 sq. meters. Investments in it will amount to $40 mln.
Ramenka’s turnover in Russia is expected to grow this year to $600 mln. In 2004 it was $490 mln, in 2003 - $430 mln.
