Eroski to make all staff into cooperative members

Eroski, the Spanish retailer and distribution cooperative, plans to make its 47,000 staff into cooperative members. The local press has reported that at present, some 13,300 workers have the status of cooperative staff. Most of the current members are expected to vote in favour of the process.
