Retailers in Russia could be fined 1 million rubles

Retailers in Russia could be fined up to 1 million rubles for the Trade Law breaches, Russian Ministry of Justice has approved amendments from FAS (Federal Antimonopoly Service) for Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation. In case of impairment of supplier’s interests fines for retailers will up to 1 million rubles. The State Duma deputies want to establish a more tough fines – the percent of turnover. In this case fines for the biggest Russian retailers could achieve millions of dollars.
