3-5 февраля 2016 г. всегда радушный Mania Education Centre открыл новый сезон Mar-Pro 2016. Двадцать четыре участника, с удовольствием впитывающих все знания, которыми делились наши талантливые тренеры, Максимилиан Мусселиус и Вадим Корсункий.
Бизнес-симуляцию оценили топ-менеджеры и представители отделов различных уровней компании Unilever, а также коммерческие директоры и руководители дистрибьюторских компаний, специализирующихся на замороженных продуктах питания, Hanus, Megaopt, Yurinat and Etelgroup.
Это были почти три дня, наполненные новым опытом с возможностью оказаться по другую сторону стола переговоров и понять специфику экономических показателей и KPI своего бизнес-партнера.
Как отметил один из участников семинара, обучения дало возможность понять, насколько «важно работать с целью получения additional value, а не «отжимать» партнера».
On 3-5 February the hospitable Mania Education Centre opened a new Mar-Pro season. Twenty four participants acquired new knowledge, skills and experience shared by our talented trainers Maximilian Musselius and Vadim Korsunsky.
Mar-Pro business simulation has been evaluated by top managers and representatives of various departments of Unilever as well as by commercial directors and owners of the distribution companies working with Unilever and specializing in frozen foods - Hanus, Megaopt, Yurinat and Etelgroup.
These were nearly three days filled with new experiences and the unique opportunities to be on the other side of negotiation table and to understand the specific economic indicators and KPIs of their business partners.
As noted by one of the participants, the training gave an opportunity to understand how important it is to work towards creating additional value without "pressing" your business partner.
