X5 Retail Group beats WalMart
X5 Retail Group can win the negotiation process over the Kopeyka retail chain (over 700 shops) purchasing. The final meeting of both companies TOP-managers is going to be this week, the Kommersant reported. Accordingly to provisional arrangement, the owner of Kopeyka – Uralsib fund – could earn $1,6-1,7 bln due to this deal.
The negotiation process has been lasting almost one year, because Uralsib has been waiting a more generous offer from the WalMart.
