X5 CEO Andrey Gusev has fired out

X5 Retail Group CEO Andrey Gusev is leaving his position in the company. Decision was made by Supervisory Board right after Q2 results announcing. Former M&A director of X5, Andrey was working as CEO less than 2 years – since March 2011. “Shareholder expected from Andrey more aggressive actions and better results” – said source in the company to “Kommersant”.  X5 Retail Group capitalization has decreased in 2 times while Andrey Gusev was the CEO. Member of Supervisory Board  Stephan Ducharme has appointed temporarily  to CEO of X5. Andrey Gusev is going to be available as a counselor of X5.
