O'Key reports 67% revenue increase in 2008

O'Key, a St Petersburg based retailer, reported RUB50.27 billion (USD2.02 billion) revenue for fiscal 2008, up 67% year on year. EBITDA amounted to RUB4.72 billion (USD190 million) in comparison to RUB2.19 billion (USD88 million) last year. It has opened ten supermarkets and six hypermarkets, all of which were located outside its home city. With annual growth of 67%, O'Key is one of the fastest growing retailers in Russia in 2008.
