Euroset plans IPO for 2011

Russian mobile phone retailer Euroset plans to hold and initial public offering in 2011, its President said in an interview with Kommersant business daily. Euroset President Alexander Malis said: “If the market is good, in 2011 we will hold an IPO. The parameters of the placement have not yet been discussed, but not less than 30% should be traded.” He also said Euroset’s two shareholders would welcome a third investor who would “help increase the value of the business” before the company goes public.
