METRO GROUP plans for Russian cash & carry openings

In Russia, Metro Group’s local cash & carry division has announced plans to open five new stores in the country before the end of the year. The stores are in Kaluga, Tver, Astrakhan, Novokuznetsk and Kursk. Metro currently operates 43 stores in Russia, of which four were opened this year.
