McDonald's Ukraine reveals strategy for 2010

McDonald's Ukraine has revealed plans to expand its network in 2010 with the addition of two new outlets. It is planning to rebuild six existing restaurants during the year. In a statement company General Director Ian Borden said the planned outlets will be located in Kharkiv and Mariupol (Donetsk region). The company also said expansion had slowed in the Ukraine as investment shifts to improving existing outlets. McDonald's already has outlets in 20 towns in the Ukraine since entering the market in 1997. www.planetretail.net
