Fozzy goes live with Aldata G.O.L.D

In Ukraine, Fozzy Group has successfully completed its deployment of Aldata G.O.L.D. Central and Stock software solutions. The retailer will now roll out the Aldata G.O.L.D. Shop module in its Silpo stores to manage store operations, automate replenishment, reduce out-of-stocks and improve customer satisfaction. Fozzy expects to have G.O.L.D. Shop deployed in all 170 Silpo stores within the next two years. “With Aldata G.O.L.D. in place, we’ve gained real-time insight across our entire supply chain, and as a result, we have significantly improved operations from our headquarters to the warehouse and now it’s time to extend those efficiencies to our stores,” according to Ury Gorgo, CIO, Fozzy. “In the past year, we’ve increased productivity in the warehouse, reduced out-of-stocks, and improved stock management and ordering. This has helped us to achieve our primary goal – providing excellent customer service.”
