Sainsbury appoints new Brand Communication Director

Sainsbury’s has appointed Claire Harrison-Church to become its Brand Communication Director. She will begin the role at the start of next month. Marketing Week has reported that her appointment follows the promotion of Helen Buck to Head of Grocery and comes as part of the supermarket’s restructure into three business units – non-food, grocery and fresh food. This has also seen Strategy Director Luke Jenson move into the position of Managing Director of Non-Food and Simon Twigger becoming the head of the fresh food division.
