Mosmart to offer managers share options

The new owners of Mosmart Group, Sberbank and Vice-President of Systema, Evgeniy Novitsky, plans to offer a share option programme for its top managers, the CEO of Mosmart, Vitaly Podolsky, said. It is expected that the leading managers could be offered up to a 10% share in the retailer. The offered share stake in the retailer should serve as motivation for top managers to bring Mosmart out of the crisis.
