ATB MARKET 2009 opening plans in Ukraine

ATB Market plans to open a 50-60 supermarkets in 2009, Public Relations Director, Anna Lichman, has said. She added it will be opening 15 stores by the end of the year. As RetailStudio reported, the retailer has already opened 56 supermarkets this year. In contrast to Russian retailers, Ukrainian retailers seem to be very positive about their expansion plans over the next year. Regardless of the financial crisis Fozzy Group, the market leader in the country, as well as hypermarket chain O’Key do not plan any revision of their expansion plans.
