Sainsbury appoints new Director of Customer Insight and Loyalty

Sainsbury’s, the UK grocery retailer, has appointed Andrew Mann as its new Director of Customer Insight and Loyalty. The move comes as the retailer restructures its London head office as part of a cost saving exercise. He previously worked as Tesco’s Marketing Director for Planning and Innovation.
