Stockmann passes enlargement project to Finland's SRV

Finnish retailer Stockmann has transferred its Helsinki department store expansion project to Finnish builder SRV, the builder said in a statement. The estimated value of the deal is around EUR70 million to EUR80 million (USD12.4 million to USD14.1 million). According to the statement, Stockmann passed the project management contract to ensure its development schedule was met. The extension is expected to be ready by Christmas 2010.
